Tatyana Mitchiner joins Century 21 Award

Tatyana Mitchiner of Century 21 award achieves Centurion Producer Award

            Phil Romero, broker/owner of Century 21 Award announced that sales associate Tatyana Mitchiner recently earned the Century 21® System’s Centurion Producer Award following her 2006 sales success.

I would like to recommend to you Tatyana Mitchiner as your realtor.

It was hard to decide whether to use a realtor at all because I had sold 13 properties on my own through the years. But because of the rapidly escalating home prices in the area and the fact that we had acreage, it seemed wise to get someone to help us.

And help us Tatyana did. At first, she presented arguments of pricing three different ways using current comps and letting us choose. Then she took elegant photos and portrayed the property gloriously in the leaflet for the flyer box on the street.

Century 21, advertised the property continually. She gave an open house and put the house on the Internet. We had many, many prospects but no buyers and we suspected we had placed the price too high. Tatyana explained that we could either lower the price significantly in one lump, or come down $10,000 every few weeks. We chose the first option and received Four Offers within a 24-hour period. Tatyana carefully took and compared the offers and recommended the sale with the least complications and no contingencies. The sale went through smoothly.

Because lawyers have written some pretty complex and even ridiculous verbage, it was really great to have Tatyana there to explain the standard contract to us. Today, we are $50,000 richer that we would have been without her because I would not have dared ask the price that Tatyana did.

During the closing period we had an unfortunate misunderstanding with the Pest Inspection folks. We ended up replacing a door that didn’t need it. Because the incident was “foggy”, Tatyana offered to pay for the door. That is how professional she is.

Always pleasant, beautifully groomed, and on top of everything, Tatyana was a joy to work with. I would recommend her without qualification.
